Rae of Hope, LLC is a community-based mental health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our team offers a range of services including outpatient therapy, targeted case management, rehabilitative and community support services (Section 28), home and community treatment (Section 65), and Guardian ad Litem services to support children and families involved in court proceedings. Through collaborative, person-centered care, we work alongside clients, families, schools, and community partners to strengthen coping skills, improve functioning, and promote long-term wellness. At Rae of Hope, our goal is to help individuals and families find hope, healing, and the support they need to thrive in their homes and communities.
Our Story
Rae of Hope, LLC was founded with the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, accessible mental health support. Built on years of experience working with individuals and families navigating complex life challenges, Rae of Hope was created to provide thoughtful, person-centered care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our goal is to meet people where they are and help them build the tools, stability, and confidence needed to move forward.
At Rae of Hope, we believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and hope. Our services are designed to support children, adults, and families by offering guidance, resources, and clinical expertise that promote growth and resilience. The name Rae of Hope reflects our mission—to be a source of light and support for those facing difficult moments and to walk alongside them on their path toward healing.

Our Team

Cary Rae Millbury, LCSW, GAL
CEO/Clinical Director
Cary Rae Millbury is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner and Clinical Director of Rae of Hope, LLC. She provides trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families and also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in parental rights cases, advocating for the safety and well-being of children involved in the court system.

Tammie Black, LMSW-CC
Tammie Black is a Licensed Master Social Worker–Conditional Clinical who is passionate about supporting children and families through compassionate, trauma-informed care. With over 16 years of experience working with families and young children, Tammie brings a deep understanding of family dynamics and early development. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

Stephanie Gaddar, LCSW
Stephanie Gaddar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in eating disorder treatment. She provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to support individuals in developing a healthier relationship with food, body image, and overall emotional well-being. Stephanie is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and work toward lasting recovery.

Mindy Thomas
Case Manager
Mindy Thomas is a highly experienced case manager who is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex systems and access the services they need. She works closely with clients, providers, and community resources to coordinate care, reduce barriers, and support stability and well-being.

Mandy Perry
Clinical Intern
Mandy Perry is a Clinical Intern from the University of Maine at Farmington. As part of her clinical training, she works under the supervision of licensed staff at Rae of Hope, LLC while gaining hands-on experience supporting individuals and families. Mandy is passionate about learning and providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to those she works with.

Office Assistant
Logan Abbott
Logan Abbott serves as the Office Assistant at Rae of Hope, LLC. She supports the day-to-day operations of the agency by assisting with scheduling, administrative coordination, and client communication. Logan helps ensure the office runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and organized experience for the individuals and families we serve.
